Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of RN Clinical Manager for our Cranford, NJ Medicare Certified Senior Living home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in Senior Living Communities.
nResponsibilities for a Nurse Manager:
nnnLead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
n
nnDirecting and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals.
n
nnProcessing incoming referrals.
n
nnDevelop and maintain relationships with referral sources, physicians, hospitals, and community partners to promote BAYADA's services and support business growth.
n
nnManagement and mentoring of Clinical Associates and field staff
n
nnFacilitate new hire orientation of field staff
n
nnDocumentation review, including OASIS
n
nnMonitoring quality assurance
n
nnManaging staff productivity, and overall case management.
n
nnVisiting clients as necessary.
n
nnCoordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
n
n nQualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
nnnRegistered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN
n
nnRecent Medicare Certified Home Care experience.
n
nnComprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation.
n
nnThorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding.
n
nnStrong management and leadership background
n
nnExcellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
