Job description
Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Clinical Manager who will lead the delivery of safe, person-centered care in a skilled nursing neighborhood, coordinating assessment, planning, and evaluation with the clinical leadership team.
You will mentor staff, oversee documentation (MDS, care plans, incident reporting), monitor infection control, and contribute to quality improvement and regulatory readiness while supporting professional growth and education.
