Job description
As an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator in the Medical ICU at HCA Healthcare, you will coordinate and deliver high-acuity nursing care for critically ill patients while guiding a team of dedicated ICU nurses. You will oversee daily clinical operations, support evidence-based practice, and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes. In this leadership role, you’ll mentor staff, support education and onboarding, and promote a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement within a leading, growth-oriented healthcare system.
