Clinical Support Nurse Coordinator | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus | No Weekends!
nBattle Creek, MI | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
nStarting pay: $35.00 + experience
nGrace Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our education team! In this dynamic role, you'll help audit and support clinical staff, lead quality improvement initiatives, and shape the future of patient care—all while enjoying a weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

n nWhat You'll Do:
nnnDevelop and deliver training for clinical staff (mock codes, CPR/BLS, TB testing, skills validation)
n
nnSupport quality improvement through audits, scorecards, and compliance reviews
n
nnCollaborate with management to evaluate performance and provide ongoing feedback
n
nnAssist in hiring and onboarding new clinical team members
n
nnStay current on best practices and ensure staff education meets standards
n
n nRequirements:
nnnCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
n
nnBLS certification (or ability to obtain)
n
nnStrong communication, teaching, and organizational skills
n
nnExperience in clinical education or quality improvement is a plus
