About This Role
The RN - Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator at Mass General Brigham is responsible for supporting clinical trials in the outpatient setting, focusing on patient screening, education, and advocacy. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for oncology and a desire to contribute to groundbreaking cancer therapies.

Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift
What You'll Do
Screen and enroll patients for clinical trials.
Provide patient education and triage phone support.
Manage symptoms and document research nurse encounters.
Collaborate with Infusion RNs, APPs, and Physicians.
Adhere to protocol specifications for investigational agents.
Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records.
Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects.
Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members.
Modify patient treatment plans based on responses and conditions.
Requirements
Education: BSN required, minimum of 2 years Oncology RN experience preferred.
Experience: 2+ years in Oncology nursing preferred.
Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in Massachusetts required.
