Job description
Hartford Healthcare, a leading not-for-profit system in Connecticut, seeks an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead nursing care on our units. In this role, you’ll coordinate daily clinical operations, oversee staffing, and provide direct patient care when needed. You’ll mentor and evaluate nurses, support onboarding, and promote evidence-based practice and quality improvement. Working in a collaborative, inclusive environment, you’ll partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality care while advancing your own professional growth.
