nSalary Range: $85,000 - $90,000 + $5,000 Annual Bonus Potential

nnnOversee clinical care from admission through discharge
n
nnManage care delivery and supervise personnel
n
nnConduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations
n
nnLead training, education, and skill development initiatives
n
nnPerform both office-based and field duties, including home visits
n
n nQualifications:
nnnActive RN license (in applicable state)
n
nnMinimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
n
nnSupervisory experience is a plus
n
nnStrong communication and organizational skills
n
nnProficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
n
nnTeam-oriented with excellent customer service abilities
