Job description
Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor—an experienced registered nurse who ensures safe, high-quality patient care and efficient unit operations. You will collaborate with physicians, staff, and management to optimize staffing, bed flow, and patient throughput.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN license, 3–5 years hospital experience, and certifications (AHA, TNCC/ACLS/ENPC or PALS). A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
