Job description
Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of RNs delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. You will oversee daily clinical operations, coordinate staffing and workflow, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols.
You will mentor and coach nurses, facilitate training, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and partner with leadership to improve patient outcomes in a growth-oriented, patient-centered environment.
