Job description
Mercy Hospital Jefferson Festus, MO is seeking a Clinical Team Leader for night shift (36 hours per week) to oversee operations and patient care in designated areas. The role includes acting as a clinical resource for staff and patients and stepping in as staff nurse when needed.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, 2 years of direct patient care experience, 1 year as department charge nurse, and BLS/NRP certifications. BSN preferred.
