Job description
Roper St. Francis Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Unit Leader to coordinate patient care on a designated unit. You will lead nursing staff, partner with the Clinical Manager, and promote clinical excellence and patient satisfaction while optimizing resource use.
The role emphasizes staff mentorship, interprofessional collaboration, and adherence to safety and quality standards within the Nursing Professional Practice Model. A current RN license and strong leadership are required.
