Job description
Emory Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Clinician in Johns Creek, GA to provide patient-centered care using the AACN Synergy Model. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, document thoroughly, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
The role requires a BSN with 12 months of nursing experience or an ADN with 2 years' recent experience, current GA RN license, BLS, and ongoing professional development.
