Job description
Access: Supports for Living is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing services across behavioral health and community housing programs in Westchester County. The RN will perform assessments, triage, medication management, health education, and care coordination in clinic, housing, and community settings.
This position requires an NYS RN license and two years of related nursing experience, with CPR/BLS/AED certification.
