Job description
Access, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing services across Behavioral Health and Community Housing programs in Westchester County, NY.
The RN will support individuals with mental health and co-occurring conditions in clinic, housing, and community settings. The role requires coordination of health assessments, triage, medication management, and education, collaborating with physicians, housing staff, and care managers to ensure continuity of care.
