About This Role
The RN in the Critical Care Stepdown Unit at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital provides high-quality patient care in a supportive environment, ideal for those looking to expand their nursing experience in a Magnet recognized facility.

Location: Dover, NH
Facility: Wentworth-Douglass Hospital
Schedule: Per Diem, Night
What You'll Do
Appropriately assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Follow policies/procedures and clinical practice standards.
Collaborate and communicate relevant patient data effectively.
Develop teaching plans and integrate teaching into patient care.
Complete assignments efficiently and utilize resources appropriately.
Document patient assessment, plan, interventions, and responses.
Participate in unit-specific competencies and quality improvement initiatives.
Assist in clinical education and orientation of staff and students.
Requirements
Education:
RN program completion
BSN preferred or enrollment in BSN program
Experience:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure
Licenses & Certifications:
Current Registered Nursing License
AHA or ARC BLS certification required
