Responsibilities include administering medications and vaccines, performing a variety of medical tests and procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR). The RN serves as a vital communication link between patients, physicians, and other healthcare departments, facilitating a seamless patient experience. Collaboration with other nursing staff, CMAs, and LPNs is crucial for maintaining efficient clinic operations and patient flow. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience as an RN.
