Location: California, 95240
Pay: $2,473 – $2,770/week
Schedule: 1st Shift | 12-hour Day Shifts | 36 or 48 hrs/week | Auto Offer
Position Overview
Provides coordinated nursing care in a CVICU setting using the nursing process
Supervises and directs assigned staff while ensuring high-quality patient care
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams using critical thinking and clinical judgment
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Coordinate care and maintain a safe patient environment
Educate patients, families, and care team members
Delegate tasks and support team workflow
