Job description
Centralus Health is seeking an RN Diabetes Nurse Educator to deliver professional nursing, diabetes education, and community health instruction. In this outpatient-focused role, you will develop curricula, assess patient needs, and collaborate with the care team to manage diabetes across the lifespan.
You will document in the EMR, coordinate referrals and testing, perform procedures as approved, and participate in quality improvement and outreach efforts.
