Director (RN) Dialysis – Full-Time in Southeast Florida at our top HCA hospitals.

The Dialysis Manager leads by example and Director ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.
will be managing leadership team that supervises RNs, supervisors and CNC approx. Prefer 2 yrs Dialysis acute or chronic or relatable experience to lead by example
Position schedule is Monday through Friday
Position will include the planning, coordination, and provision of care for the patient.
Establish excellent rapport and working relationships with all customers, both internally and externally
