Job description

Perimeter Behavioral Healthcare in Luverne, AL seeks a Director of Assessment & Referral to oversee telephonic and in-person risk assessments, facilitate initial treatment plans, and ensure rapid admissions across all locations. You will lead the A&R team, manage dashboards, and coordinate with referral sources to optimize care pathways.

The role requires RN licensure in Alabama with a BSN preferred, 2+ years of behavioral health nursing, and prior supervisory experience.
