Job description
The RN Director of Education at absolutcare leads the facility's nursing education and staff development programs, ensuring orientation, competency training, and ongoing professional growth for RNs, LPNs, CNAs and other clinical staff in accordance with NYS standards.
This role coordinates CNA training classes, prepares students for NYS Prometric examinations, maintains training records, and collaborates with clinical leadership to address educational needs and regulatory surveys.
