Job description
Westhaven, a Cassia-managed senior care community in Boone, IA, seeks an RN Director of Health & Housing to oversee clinical programs and operations. The position focuses on clinical leadership, financial stewardship, and collaborative resident care management with the campus Administrator.
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience, Iowa RN licensure or compact-state licensure, and IA Residential Care Facility/AL certification (or willing to obtain) are required. A $5,000 bonus is offered.
