Job description
Artesia seeks a Director of MDS to lead the development and transmission of resident assessments in accordance with state rules and facility goals.
You will coordinate initial and ongoing MDS processes, ensure care plans have measurable objectives, supervise assessment interviews, and drive quarterly and annual updates, with opportunities to grow in a caring, team-oriented environment.
