Job description
Shippenville Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead a dedicated care team and uphold the highest patient-care standards. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, policy development, and performance reporting, reporting directly to the Administrator.
Qualified candidates hold a BSN, PA RN licensure, and at least 2 years in a nursing leadership role, with strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
