Gravitas is seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Director of Patient Services for Briarwoods Assisted Living Program. This hands-on leadership role blends clinical oversight, staff development, and regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

The DPS will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care with physicians and families, ensure Medicaid ALP documentation, and drive QAPI initiatives in a compliant, resident-focused environment.
