Job description
Briarwoods is seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Director of Patient Services for our Assisted Living Program. The DPS oversees patient care, clinical operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance in a hands-on leadership role.
Responsible for staff supervision, care coordination, regulatory readiness, and quality improvement, you will work with physicians, families, and community providers to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
