Job description
Suncrest Hospice is seeking a strategic, self-motivated Director of Organizational Performance to drive operational excellence, lead quality improvement initiatives, and strengthen organizational performance.
The role partners with the Executive Director and leadership team to improve efficiency, enhance outcomes, and support success. Ideal candidate leads performance improvement, oversees quality/compliance, and fosters continuous improvement across the organization.
