Job description
Position Overview:
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values.
Responsibilities:
Performs duties consistent with mission and standards, evaluating and coordinating care, and maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
Qualifications:
Graduate from a nursing school with an Associate's, Diploma, or BSN degree.
Current RN license for the state or within a compact licensure area, meeting all state board requirements.
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
Role Details:
Emergency Department RN, working 36 hours per week during night shifts. Offers premium night shift sign-on bonuses for graduate and experienced nurses.
