About This Role
The RN in the Emergency Department at Canonsburg Hospital provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and standards, ensuring high-quality patient care. This role is ideal for nurses who are dedicated to patient-centered care and professional development.

What You'll Do
Utilize the nursing process to coordinate patient care for age-appropriate populations.
Initiate, monitor, and revise interdisciplinary plans of care based on assessments and physician orders.
Complete patient documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide ongoing teaching to patients and families to guide them across the continuum of care.
Support the development of students, new staff, and colleagues, and may serve as a preceptor.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
Education
Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
