Job description
Mountain View Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a full-time Nurse (RN) Manager for the Emergency Department. The role focuses on daily ED operations, staff oversight, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
The Manager leads nursing teams, partners with physicians and leaders to optimize throughput, ensure compliance, and drive quality and safety initiatives across the ED. Strong leadership and clinical excellence are essential.
