Job description
This PRN Nursing role involves providing direct patient care in emergency settings, including assessing, triaging, diagnosing, and implementing individualized care plans.
Key responsibilities include:
Collecting comprehensive health data and prioritizing patient needs.
Analyzing assessments to determine diagnoses and expected outcomes.
Implementing, coordinating, and educating to promote safety and health.
Evaluating patient progress and communicating effectively across team and patients.
Demonstrating leadership, applying evidence-based practices, and ensuring age-specific and clinical needs are met.
Maintaining safety and performing other assigned duties.
Qualifications and skills:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
No prior experience required.
Current nursing license in the applicable state.
Relevant certifications such as BLS, ALS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, TNCC, or equivalent.
Physical ability to perform duties, including standing, walking, lifting, and communication.
