About This Role
Join the renowned Cleveland Clinic team as a Registered Nurse in the PRN Float Pool, providing support across multiple hospitals. This role is ideal for independent nurses who are flexible and comfortable working in various settings.

What You'll Do
Provide patient care through sound Nursing Practice procedures.
Perform accurate and complete admission assessments within defined time frames.
Assess and document patient's pain levels utilizing appropriate protocols.
Prioritize and document patient problems based on assessed needs in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
Establish and implement a plan of care in collaboration with other disciplines.
Monitor and document patient's condition and effectiveness of care and interventions.
Evaluate, update, and revise the plan of care to achieve planned outcomes.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education:
Completion of a recognized course of study from an accredited School of Nursing.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 3 years of hire.
Experience:
Minimum two years recent experience in the Emergency Department.
Licenses & Certifications:
Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.
