About This Role
The RN - ER position at Mass General Brigham involves providing high-quality nursing care in the emergency department during night shifts. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to patient care and teamwork.

Pay : $39 - $53/hour
Location : Dover, NH
Facility : Wentworth-Douglass Hospital
Schedule : Full-Time, Night shift
Sign-On Bonus : $5,000 for nurses with one or more years of experience
What You'll Do
Interpret the plan of medical care and assess patients.
Make clinical decisions regarding nursing care.
Ensure nursing care is provided safely and competently.
Provide individualized nursing care and evaluate nursing care for groups of patients.
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects.
Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Modify patient treatment plans based on responses and conditions.
Requirements
Education:
Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience:
1+ years of clinical nursing experience required
Licenses & Certifications:
Current RN License in New Hampshire required
BLS certification required
ACLS preferred
NRP preferred
PALS preferred
