Join a specialized ER Holding unit providing medical-surgical level of care. This position requires a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in a fast-paced environment, focusing on patient management and care coordination.
Responsibilities
Administer care to patients in an ER holding unit
Monitor patient vital signs and provide necessary interventions
Manage complex care processes including IV management and telemetry
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred; 1 year may be considered
Current RN licensure in the state of practice
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS
Experience with patient ratios of 1:4
Travel experience is encouraged but not mandatory
