ProTouch Staffing is currently hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for ER positions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Room.
Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients' conditions and respond to changes appropriately.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
Assist with emergency procedures and stabilize patients as needed.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and ER protocols.
Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
ER/ED experience required.
Strong emergency and critical-care clinical skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced ER environment.
Ability to work night and weekend shifts.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
