Job description
Gentiva is seeking an RN Executive Director Specialist – Hospice to join our leadership team. This role serves as the administrator on call and oversees operations across multiple sites in IN, IL & MO, with up to 100% regional travel.
You will lead staffing, compliance, and patient services to ensure high-quality care and regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate is an RN with 3–5 years of leadership in hospice or healthcare, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with digital platforms.
