Job description
Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Fellow to transition to the Medical Critical Care Stepdown Unit (IMC/MCCSU). This 24-bed unit cares for stable but critically ill patients, with a typical 3:1 patient ratio and high-acuity care.
The role includes 3-12 hour night shifts or rotating day/night shifts, weekend and holiday coverage, and a sign-on bonus with relocation assistance. We value teamwork and clinical excellence and offer comprehensive benefits.
