Job description
UCHealth is seeking motivated registered nurses for our ICU Nights Fellowship. In this structured program, you will transition into critical care practice through guided clinical shifts, preceptorship, and classroom education. As an ICU RN, you will care for high-acuity patients, manage complex therapies, and respond to rapidly changing conditions using advanced technology. You’ll collaborate closely with intensivists and a multidisciplinary team in a patient-first culture focused on learning, support, and professional growth across our leading Colorado health system.
