Job description
Carle Health is seeking an RN First Assist to support surgeons during operative cases in Peoria, IL. The RNFA will perform independent perioperative assessments and post-operative evaluations with the surgical team, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
The role requires an Illinois RN license (IDFPR), BLS within 30 days, and CNOR certification, plus at least two years of perioperative nursing experience.
