Job description
Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to join the Kernersville Medical Center perioperative team. You will support surgeons throughout operative procedures, uphold sterile technique, and contribute to safe, high-quality patient care in a collaborative operating room environment.
The role requires CNOR and 2+ years of perioperative RN experience, with a BSN in nursing; ACLS/PALS are preferred. Full-time schedule is days, in Kernersville, NC.
