BJC HealthCare is seeking a skilled RNFA to join Memorial Belleville’s Perioperative Services in the operating room. This full-time role involves working Days with call requirements, supporting surgeons as the first assistant in intraoperative care and perioperative planning.
The position requires RN licensure, CNOR or CFA certification, and a BSN or higher. Experience 2–5 years in perioperative settings is preferred; sign-on availability up to $15,000 and BSN differential are noted in the job
