Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is hiring an RN to deliver in-home nursing care in Bridgeport, TX. You will follow individualized care plans, monitor patients, administer medications, and coordinate with families and the care team to ensure safety and comfort for adolescents to adults.
We offer flexible scheduling (FT, PT, or PRN), 24/7 local support, and pathways for skill advancement with paid training. A tablet is provided for electronic documentation and timely reporting.
