About This Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Float Pool at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital, you will provide nursing care to diverse patient populations across various units. This fast-paced role requires adaptability and flexibility while working within a supportive team environment.

Pay: $36 - $56/hour

Department/Unit: Float Pool
Schedule: Full-time, Night shift
What You'll Do
Provide direct nursing care.
Implement and monitor patient care plans.
Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
Maintain professional growth and development through ongoing education and clinical nursing study.
Requirements
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
Experience: 1+ years of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience
Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
BSN preferred
