Job description
Community Health Systems is seeking a Float Pool RN to deliver direct patient care across multiple hospital units, including Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU, or ER as needed. The role requires flexible clinical placement, strong assessment skills, and collaboration with rotating physicians and nursing teams.
The RN will coordinate care, administer medications, educate patients and families, and participate in safety and quality initiatives while maintaining compliance with policies.
