About This Role
The RN - Float Pool position at Highmark Health involves providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and standards. This role is ideal for nurses who are adaptable and skilled in coordinating patient care across various settings.

What You'll Do
Utilize the nursing process to provide and coordinate patient care.
Initiate, monitor, and revise interdisciplinary plans of care based on assessments and physician orders.
Complete patient documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide ongoing teaching to patients and families to guide them across the continuum of care.
Support the development of students, new staff, and colleagues, and may serve as a preceptor.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
Education : Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
Experience : Not specified.
Licenses & Certifications :CPR – American Heart Association required.
Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate required.
Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate required.
Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate required.
