Job description
Role: Dedicated Float Pool Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Implement physician orders and deliver nursing interventions.
Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate treatment.
Assist with specialized procedures such as cardiac catheterization.
Administer medications and educate patients and families on health management.
Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:
Active RN license in the state of practice.
Strong clinical knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nursing practices.
Experience in urgent care or ambulatory surgery centers preferred.
Proficiency in suturing and clinical procedures.
Familiarity with geriatric care principles a plus.
Exceptional communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills.
