Job description
Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool at St. Mary’s Hospital in Virginia. The role requires flexibility to float across departments and sites within markets, with duties spanning assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
You’ll work under a clinical manager and align with quality improvement initiatives. The position requires an RN license in state, BLS, and 1 year of acute care experience; BSN preferred.
