Job description
Hudson Headwaters Health Network Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver age-appropriate, population-specific patient care across Plattsburgh Family Health, Champlain Family Health, and Plattsburgh Pediatric and Adolescent Health.
This float position requires traveling between centers, four 10-hour shifts per week, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safe, ethical, patient- and family-centered care.
