Job description
Harbor House of Wheeling IV LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their memory care team. The RN is responsible for a group of residents per shift, performing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the care plan in collaboration with physicians and staff.
Responsibilities include administering medications, taking vital signs, coordinating with CNAs, documenting in charts, and maintaining a clean, safe resident environment.
