Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN)
Associate's degree from an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Current license to practice nursing in State of I ndiana (or eligible to receive or renew).
Current CPR or BLS certification.
Days – 7:00a to 7:30p (3- 12-hour shifts)
Job Responsibilities include:
Nursing Assessment
Nursing Documentation
Treatment Planning Monitors and documents progress on the goals noted in the treatment plan.
Ensures individual treatment plans are implemented and properly documented.
Medication Administration/Medical Management
Milieu Management/Communication
Crisis Intervention
Staff and Patient Education
